04 / 09Aerospace & Defence
Lightweight structures, topology-optimized brackets, drone components, research prototypes and future metal AM-enabled components through qualified partnerships. Aerospace-grade production requires strict qualification, traceability and material validation — we approach it in stages, starting with non-critical prototypes. In defence, our long-term goal is to contribute to India's self-reliance through prototypes, tooling, drones and future mission-critical components via approved channels.
- Topology-optimized brackets
- Drone components
- Research prototypes
- Metal AM (future)
05 / 09Automotive & EV
Automotive and EV teams need faster product development, lightweight design, custom tooling and rapid testing. We support them with prototypes, jigs, fixtures, custom parts, design improvements, EV cooling concepts and low-volume production support.

07 / 09Industrial Manufacturing
Tooling, replacement parts, fixtures, reverse engineering, design improvement and on-demand manufacturing support for small and medium manufacturers.
- Replacement parts
- Tooling & fixtures
- Reverse engineering
- On-demand support
08 / 09Film, Media & Entertainment
Film and media studios use 3D printing to move from concept art to camera-ready props in days. Designers sculpt digitally, print in sections, then sand, paint and light the parts — and can reprint an exact copy whenever a stunt double, a close-up or a reshoot needs one. We support productions, prop makers and creators with character prototypes, helmets and armour, scale models, miniatures and display replicas.

- Character prototypes
- Scale models & miniatures
- Display replicas
09 / 09Consumer & Custom Products
Personalized products, design visualization, gifts, product mockups and custom development for unique use cases.

3D printing on the big screen.
Well-documented productions where additive manufacturing shaped what audiences saw.

Armour suits
Special-effects studio Legacy Effects used 3D printers to produce parts of the Iron Man armour, printing suit pieces directly from digital models so they fit the actor precisely.
Aston Martin DB5
voxeljet 3D-printed one-third-scale models of the classic Aston Martin DB5, which were finished to look real and used for the car's destruction scene.
Stop-motion faces
LAIKA 3D-prints thousands of replacement faces to animate expressions frame by frame — Missing Link (2019) holds the Guinness World Record for the most 3D-printed faces made for a stop-motion film.
Queen Ramonda's crown
Costume designer Ruth E. Carter worked with designer Julia Koerner and Materialise to 3D-print Queen Ramonda's crown and shoulder mantle; the film's costumes won the Academy Award.
Examples describe publicly reported work by other companies and are shown for context; Printera Technologies Private Limited was not involved in these productions. Film, character and brand names belong to their respective owners.
