Content on this website is for general information about our company and services. Descriptions of future capabilities, roadmap items and research areas describe our plans and are not offers of products or services that are available today.
2. Medical disclaimer
Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Images and examples of orthotics, prosthetics, implants, organs and dental products are illustrative. Always seek the advice of a qualified, registered healthcare professional about any medical condition or device.
3. Medical and patient-specific products
- Patient-specific orthotic, prosthetic, dental and medical products are made only on the prescription or written request of a qualified healthcare professional, who remains responsible for the clinical decision, fitting and patient follow-up.
- Products that are medical devices are supplied only in line with the Medical Devices Rules, 2017 and other applicable requirements of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO).
- Medical education, anatomical and surgical-planning models are for visualisation, teaching and planning only, and are not intended for implantation or direct therapeutic use unless expressly stated and approved.
- Implants and other high-risk devices are not currently offered. They form part of our long-term roadmap and will be offered only after the required certification, testing, clinical validation and regulatory approval.
4. Quotes, orders and designs
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Each order is governed by the agreed specification, drawings and acceptance criteria. You confirm that you have the right to use any design, scan, image or file you share with us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property.
5. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you keep ownership of the designs you provide, and Printera keeps ownership of its own tools, processes and know-how. Website content, the Printera name and logo belong to Printera Technologies Private Limited. Third-party names, films and brands mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners.
6. Liability
Printed parts must be used for the purpose and within the limits agreed in the order. To the extent permitted by law, Printera is not liable for misuse, unapproved modification, or use outside the agreed specification.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
